A second generation builder, Farrow Homes has built approximately 700 homes in the Spokane and Seattle areas, as well as condominiums, apartments and office buildings.

Since 1987, Farrow Homes has been building solely in Seattle. Joined by the third generation, we have built single family homes from the moderately priced to the luxury category, as well as condominiums, small apartments and townhomes. Farrow Homes recently completed the renovation of 37 residential units in two occupied buildings. We have extensive experience in all phases of construction and pride ourselves on the ability to successfully complete projects within a well-defined budget and in a timely manner.
